Thank you for being willing to serve this ministry and to show radical hospitality to our visitors, guests and congregation!  Please arrive to your ‘post’ by 10:00 am.  If you find that you will not be able to serve on your assigned week, please contact another person to make arrangements for a trade or replacement.  The Barretts are available as substitutes as well. Contact Megan Barrett, Angie Sour or Terra Kinney with questions. 

Here is a brief description of the 3 locations that you might be serving:

In the lobby doing Nametags with Bob Kaldenberg – 
Try to catch everyone and get their name tag for them.  
If anyone is visiting or new, hand-write a name tag for them, give them a gift bag, and walk them up to the Welcome Coffee Table.

Welcome Coffee Table/South Sanctuary Door – 
We’d like to try something a little different here.  Whoever is at this spot, place yourself closer to the Coffee area to allow for more conversation instead of just a handshake and a bulletin.  You’re still handing out bulletins so keep an eye out for that as well but we’re trying to create an experience that is more personal.  You will also help take up the offering during the service.

North Side of the Sanctuary – 
This spot gets the least traffic.  Offer a bulletin to anyone who comes in this way and a greeting to anyone who walks this way to a seat. Also, help take the offering during the service.
